This week revolved entirely around Google Analytics. To be frank, I've encountered numerous issues connecting my site to Google Analytics, so I approached this week's readings and assignments with a sense of trepidation. I was bracing myself for potential hurdles and errors. It often seems that whenever I follow a tutorial, my screen or setup differs significantly from what's shown. With this in mind, I was pleasantly surprised to encounter few to no roadblocks when integrating my site with Google Analytics. I felt a lot of gratitude towards Squarespace for its seamless Google Analytics integration, simplifying the setup process without requiring me to delve deep into coding. Through this experience, I also gained a newfound appreciation for the remarkable capabilities of Google Analytics and the multitude of features it offers to support website owners. Reflecting on this, I'm astonished that I hadn't connected it to any of my previous sites! The insights and tools available are invaluable, and I'm excited to explore them further to enhance my site's performance and understanding of its visitors.
